Reminder: Property related bills scheduled for payment through the SUMA office are due from the 5th March 2025 to the 10th May 2025:
Solid Waste Collection, No Parking Signs and Vehicle Tax.
The bill for solid waste collection (rubbish bins) used to be included in the water bill, however for the last few years they’ve made this a separate charge. It will be paid automatically through your bank if you have previously set up a direct debit payment to the Suma office for your IBI - Suma (Council Tax).
Although the voluntary payment term is between 5th March and 10th May, the direct debit for the solid waste collection is usually debited from your bank account around 10th April. This payment is for the year starting from January through to December.
