As we have said goodbye to the first quarter of 2022 and with Easter now upon us, we can catch up and see how the local property market has started the year off.
2022 Started out with a 4.1% median home sales price increase compared to the first quarter of 2021, with prices being down 8.7% compared to the last quarter of 2021. This proves the market does continue to be a rollercoaster of a ride, however, there is positive interest in homebuyers.
Nationalities of buyers right now are Belgians, British and Polish.
Even though the median house sales price was down during the first quarter of this year compared to the last quarter of 2021, stats show we are heading in the right direction for a positive 2022! April is already proving to be very busy indeed!
