Everyone has valid reasons why they wish to sell their property. Some reasons are financial or deteriorating health, whereas others are just needing to upsize/downsize.
Just because you may have found a home that someone has only recently purchased themselves, doesn’t mean to say there is something wrong with the property. Never assume!
Unfortunately there are times when a home seller is left with no other option but to sell. It makes no difference if they’ve owned their home five days or fifty years. Remember, not everyone wants to sell their property, but maybe is being forced to.
Sometimes one persons misfortune is another persons opportunity. As a buyer, don’t let your emotions distort an opportunity!
Unless you have been specifically informed of the reason the home is for sale, be kind, and never assume you know why!
